Shut the Box game, 40 % off. Current price $14.99. Shut the Box is a simple and classic dice game that is simple to learn, fun to play, and develops fluency with addition facts. I recently learned that it was originally a traditional English pub game used for gambling! It is one of my students’ favorites. Students of all ages enjoy it, from kindergarteners just learning to add to older students who can try different strategies in choosing which addition combinations to use. Read my post about it here. There are many versions of this game but I love this one where 4 players can play at once!

Fraction fraction card game 20 % off, current price $7.99. I have had a hard time finding fun games that practice fractions but this is one of the better ones. It’s not one that students will ask to play like some of the others, but they do enjoy it and learn from it!

Pass the Pigs
Pass the Pigs game, 22 % off. Current price $11.59. I was introduced to this game by one of my tutoring students. It’s fun, silly, and easy to learn, but you have to be strategic in banking points, and I love using it to practice having kids tally numbers and add scores (as well as compare scores by seeing subtraction as difference.)
