Math Dice Junior is a simple and easy to learn addition and subtraction game for 2-4 players. A 12 sided dice is rolled along with five 6 sided dice. Players then use the 6 sided dice to reach the target number on the 12 sided dice. Any series of combinations can be used. One point is scored for each 6 sided dice used to reach the target number. The first player to land on the finish line of the path on the game board wins!

We love that the dice are so large (more than 1 inch in diameter) They are perfect for little hands. The game comes in a small drawstring bag so it’s great for travel or keeping in a basket on your game shelf.
It’s a great game to have on hand for about $10, but let me tell you a secret. If you have other game supplies on hand, you don’t need to buy this game to play this game! All you need is one 12 sided dice and five traditional dice, a path of any kind, and some kind of game pawns (which can be anything). If you want to play the non junior version for multiplication, all you need is a few extra 10 and 12 sided dice. One fun variation is to draw a path on a whiteboard and use large circle magnets as game pawns.
